An estimated one in three women have experienced the life-impacting effects of abortion. Women of all ages carry emotional burdens and heartache in silence and isolation without knowing whom to turn to for help. If you are a woman
in need of abortion healing, or know someone who is, compassionate help is available.
St. Thomas is partnering with Michelle Gerken to offer a post-abortion study to members and friends of St. Thomas. Know that help is available, free, and confidential.*
There will be nine sessions on Tuesdays from March 5 through April 30, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at St. Thomas. Cost is free, but the number of participants is limited.
Registration: For your privacy, contact Michelle directly by Sunday, March 3.
She will have a private one-on-one discussion with you on the phone before
the sessions begin. (firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text Michelle at 630.768.1033)
If you, or someone you know, is interested in attending this study or if you just need someone to talk to regarding abortion, contact Michelle.
*All information and names will be held strictly confidential
Michelle Gerken has worked with over 100 post abortive men and women since 2003. As a woman who experienced the pain and effects of abortion 23 years ago, she understands the long-term struggles associated with that decision…but also knows that God forgives and heals! After taking her own first steps toward healing, she quickly developed a passion for this study. She knew that God was calling her to lead others on their own journey toward hope and forgiveness. Michelle and her husband Tim have six wonderful adult children and four beautiful grandchildren. She has been a pro-life leader and advocate in the community for almost 20 years and loves getting to know
