Changes in Seasons
End times and harvest are important themes. They evoke a sense of what we have accomplished and the gifts that bear fruit in us. They also evoke a sense of new beginnings as we end one season and embrace another. It echoes the very cycle
and rhythm of life. We are caught up in that, being productive and generative. It is good to reflect on that today, with the readings that sing our praises as well as challenge us in the use of our gifts. Join us at St. Thomas as we work toward Being the Difference -- being the very presence of God in our relationships with each other and our world. |
