Rev. Pat Brennan
Fr. Pat Brennan splits his time between presiding at weekend Masses at St. Thomas, assisting with the development of parish sacramental and formation programs, and his position as the Director of Mission Integration and Pastoral Care at The Clare, a high rise senior community in Chicago. In addition, Fr. Pat teaches at Dominican and Loyola Universities, and is the director of the National Center for Evangelization and Parish Renewal, www.ncepr.com.
Fr. Pat is the former pastor of Holy Family Parish in Inverness. He holds doctorates in Pastoral Ministry and Psychology. For thirteen years, he was Director of the Office of Evangelization for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago, where he developed innovative renewal programs for local churches. He’s an expert in the field of evangelization and church renewal and has served as a consultant throughout the country. Father Brennan is a psychotherapist and has authored more than 15 books, articles and audio series, including "The Mission Driven Parish," "Re-Imaging the Parish," "Spirituality For An Anxious Age," and "The Way of Forgiveness."
