Catechist PK-5 (301)
Lead religious education classes for children in pre-K through 5th grade. Ongoing training provided through monthly grade-level meetings and through parish and diocesan workshops. Catechists are needed on Tuesdays (4:30 p.m.) and Saturday mornings (8:30 or 10:30 a.m.)

Rainbows Spectrum (309)
Facilitate group of youth who have suffered a loss through death, divorce or separation. Support is also offered to parents at the same time through a discussion/sharing group. Saturdays 10-11:30 a.m. from Sept.-March.*

Help our parish be in compliance with the “Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People”. Facilitators must attend a 2-day training held in Chicago to facilitate 3 Protecting God’s Children sessions a year.

Middle School Catechist (351)
(Adults, HS) Grades 6, 7, & 8. Seeking passionate and energetic volunteers to facilitate Religious Education classes on Monday evenings from 7:15 – 8:30 p.m. or Saturday mornings from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. at All Saints Catholic Academy. Prior teaching experience helpful but not required as catechists will be offered catechetical training opportunities through required meetings and other diocesan workshops and seminars. Catechists will be asked to teach two mini courses to one group of students throughout the duration of the year.

Middle School Substitute Catechist (352)
(Adults, HS) Grades 6, 7, 8. Seeking individuals with flexible schedules to be able to fill in as needed as a substitute catechist. Some prior teaching experience recommended as substitute catechists may be asked to teach on short notice with little chance for preparation.

Middle School Classroom Aide (353)
(Adults, HS) Classroom aides will work with the main catechist in developing engaging and creative ways to plan and carry out classroom lessons and assist with any in-class activities.

Middle School Hall Monitor and/or Crossing Guard (354)
(Adults, HS): Seeking individuals to assist on Monday evenings and Saturday mornings at All Saints by controlling traffic as students arrive and depart, collecting attendance from the catechists, and monitoring the hallways during classes.
