Prayer Shawl Ministry Shares Thanks

Tis the Season….at this time of year we are reminded of those we hold fondly within our hearts. We have been very blessed this year with generous donations of time, talent, yarn and the means to provide Prayer Shawls to anyone in need of our “comforting arms of God” shawls throughout the year.

Many hours of work go into each shawl and they are truly a labor of love for the makers. Besides the official members of our Prayer Shawl Ministry, we have been blessed over and over with “angel” knitters/crocheters who remain anonymous to us by dropping off their finished projects to be gifted away to bring love and comfort to anyone who requests one. All these efforts are truly appreciated. Thank you one and all for such giving of yourselves to those who may be in need.

We are all connected like the stitches in our yarn and certainly make for a beautiful Parish graced with love and peace.
