Develop a Self-Care Routine – Everyone has their own methods of self-care when it comes to managing their mental health. Make a daily routine you can stick to that will help manage your mental health.
Get More Sleep – Experts suggest that adults get seven to nine hours of sleep a night (although everyone is different – get enough rest for your needs.)
Learn To Say “No” – Saying “yes” too much can cause burnout-try saying “no” to bring balance into your life. Finding that balance can be difficult, so always ask yourself, what do I need?
Find Support – You are not alone. Find a community mental health support group or talk to your primary care doctor about the appropriate treatment for you. Remember, if it’s an emergency, call 911 or go to a hospital emergency room.
