Friendship & Renewal at Sophia’s Circle – April 27

Tending the Holy…Letting Be,
Letting Go, Letting Come

All women of all ages are invited to the Sophia’s Circle for Women from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, April 27 in the Lighthouse for an evening of friendship and renewal. Sr. Mary Ruth Broz, R.S.M., will lead us in “Tending the Holy…  Letting Go, Letting Be, Letting Come,” as we welcome the season of Spring by turning over the soil of our everyday lives to make room for new growth. We will listen for ways to glean some of the wisdom of the Holy Spirit through poetry, Scripture and the lived experience of other women as we forge our spiritual paths.

Mary Ruth Broz is a Sister of Mercy and ministers as a retreat facilitator and spiritual director throughout the Chicago area, presently working out of The Administrative Center of the Sisters of Mercy in Chicago. She holds an M.Div. degree from the Jesuit School of Theology and a Doctor of Ministry degree from St. Mary of the Lake University, Mundelein, IL.

To be assured of your place for this evening, RSVP to Marge Coronado at 630.355.8980 x118 or mcoronado@stapostle.org by April 25. Last-minute attendees are also welcome.  A fee of $10 is payable at the door. Come – and bring a friend (or make one) – to enjoy an evening in the company of women!
