Do you have a heart for life and want to help women thrive? Then Waterleaf’s new Aspire Education and Resource Center is the place for you! Aspire will be located in new Waterleaf building. It will focus on addressing client needs both before a pregnancy decision is made and once the decision to parent is made. The program will make clients aware of all the assistance available to them within the community and with Aspire.
The Resource Specialist will:
• Work directly with clients to develop and provide in-house and community resources/referrals that benefit clients’ long-term needs.
• Help clients navigate through various on-line classes including childbirth, parenting, budgeting, life-skills and more.
Minimum work hours are one day a week for five hours. Counseling or Social Work experience a plus, but not required. Spanish speaking a plus, but not required. Must be comfortable on computers. For more information, please contact Sheryl Finn, Director of Education and Resources at 630.701.6270.
