The holidays can be very difficult for those who have experienced the death of a loved one. Come to “Handling Grief During the 2025 Holidays” Thursday, November 6, at 7:00 pm at St. Thomas.

Paula Kosin will discuss challenges the holidays can pose and share ideas on how to plan ahead, choose meaningful activities and honor your loved one. Kosin is a certified grief educator and facilitates the grief support groups at St. Thomas. She is the author of the book Grieving: A Spiritual Process for Catholics, which will be available for purchase.
