Elementary Faith Formation
The Elementary Religious Education program at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church is a faith-filled environment where children grow in their understanding of God’s love and the teachings of the Catholic Church Preparing children to participate in the faith community helps them grow spiritually, understand sacred traditions, and develop a lifelong relationship with God.

Rooted in the mission of nurturing lifelong disciples, the program combines a strong curriculum with engaging activities, interactive lessons and meaningful experiences that bring faith to life.
- St. Thomas invites and welcomes all those with the desire to know and follow God.
- Family faith opportunities are also offered throughout the year, as well as social and service opportunities.
- Volunteers are required to take Protecting God’s Children and have a background check.
Parents are seen as essential partners in the process, with opportunities to share in their child’s faith journey through family events, liturgies, and service activities.
Since 1985, the St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church has helped thousands of children come to know and love God.
From the earliest grades through middle school, St. Thomas the Apostle’s Religious Education program offers a welcoming and supportive community where young learners can grow in confidence and spiritual maturity. By combining solid Catholic instruction with engaging teaching methods, the program helps children and teens build a lifelong foundation of faith, preparing them to live as active and joyful members of the Church.
