A recent family that was helped by St. Vincent de Paul took the time to send us this message:
I just wanted to say thank you so much. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my story, for offering guidance, comfort, and prayer, and for stepping in to help during such an incredibly hard time for our family. Your support truly made it possible for us to keep our home, and I can’t express the relief and gratitude I feel. The way you were so quick to respond, to organize help, and to reassure me that things were going to be okay meant more than I can ever explain. In a moment where everything felt overwhelming, you gave me hope and reminded me that God places the right people in our lives exactly when we need them. Thank you, truly, for your kindness, compassion, and prayers. I am so thankful and so grateful.

During the month of October, the St. Vincent de Paul ministry at St. Thomas provided $8,193 in assistance. This involved handling 32 calls and helping 20 households. It is because of your generosity that our St. Vincent de Paul volunteers can assist so many. However, it requires resources and volunteers. St. Vincent de Paul funds are running low.
