Inclusive Justice Initiative
The Inclusive Justice Initiative encourages parishioners to deepen their awareness of injustice, engage in education and dialogue, and live out the Catholic call to the dignity of every human person.
The initiative recognizes that true community requires more than welcoming: it means creating equitable access, respecting differences of culture, race and background and enabling people to participate fully in the life of the church and society. The initiative’s goals include raising awareness, providing educational opportunities and resources, and supporting actions that foster both a change of heart and systemic transformation.
The initiative includes offering learning and dialogue sessions, book studies, bulletin articles to provoke reflection and partnerships with broader community-justice organizations. These activities are grounded in prayer and scripture, reflecting how St. Thomas lives out the Gospel call to love one another, especially those who are marginalized or seek a voice.
