More About Chari
When she’s not leading Bible studies or teaching, Chari enjoys reading, gardening (or, as she likes to call it, “playing in the dirt”), and solving crossword puzzles.
In both her career and her ministerial work, Chari has always enjoyed the love and support of her family, especially her adult children: Benito III, Christopher, Alexander and Rachel. Her late husband Benito cheers for her from the other side of the veil. Chari also shares their home with Beatrice, a playful cat affectionately known as Skitty.
Chari is honored to serve as a resource, teacher, guide and encourager for the St. Thomas faith community, helping others grow in their spiritual journeys.
Active Ministries
In addition to Chari’s staff responsibilities at St. Thomas, Chari participates in the following ministries:
- Lector
- Evangelization Team
- Harvest Sunday
Chari on St. Thomas
