Easter Ham Drive Results
Thank you to all who donated a ham or donated to purchase a ham and thank you to the amazing volunteers who collected donations all weekend. St. Thomas purchased 300 hams and St. Thomas parishioners donated 284 hams for a total of 584! The hams were distributed as follows: 50 to Queen of the Apostles in Joliet, 60 to the St. Nicholas Pantry in Aurora, 300 to Marie Wilkinson’s Food Pantry in Aurora, and the remainder to the St. Thomas Care Pantry. We had more than enough hams for everyone at our distribution March 31.
Special thanks to the residents at Sunrise Senior Living for putting together the candy bags and Easter eggs that were distributed alongside the hams!
