The Ministers of Care Ministry continues to provide compassionate care to our parishioners. Our team provides individual and group Communion in the community. Contact Gary Rufo at 630.355.8980, x124 if you or someone you love becomes homebound, moves to a local assisted living facility or is hospitalized at Edward Hospital and would like to receive Communion.
