Seeking a vibrant, committed and passionate Director of Confirmation and Youth Ministry to embrace the teens of St. Thomas community and lead the next generation of Catholics to grow in their faith and become lifelong disciples of Jesus.
The candidate will foster a welcoming, safe and Christ-centered environment where teens can deepen their relationship with God, ask meaningful questions, experience a true sense of belonging and meaningfully prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation. The ideal candidate has the heart for ministry and the organizational skills combined with strong communication skills to lead and oversee a dynamic Faith Formation program preparing teens for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
