Thank You from Project Love
Project Love, the grant program of Illinois Right to Life, wants to thank all those who took a Mother’s Day or Father’s Day card, or made a donation recently. Your generosity helps us to provide grants to pregnant women and new mothers all over Illinois who are in a financial crisis.
Just this past week, Project Love received two urgent applications for support — both from pregnant mothers carrying the heavy burdens of pregnancy, work, overdue bills and a challenging economy. Because of pregnancy-related complications, both mothers are unable to work full-time. Project Love stepped in to cover rent for one to two months so these families can breathe, heal, and keep their babies safe — without falling behind on other bills
These women are courageous. But they’re exhausted — and on the edge of despair. Project Love offers them: hope, compassion and practical help that empowers women to choose Life.
